5.1 Professional Services Agreement with Crossconnect Engineering for the Purchase of Information Technology Datacenter Equipment and Professional Services. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the purchase of information technology datacenter equipment using the NCAP Contract #01-169 and professional services with Crossconnect Engineering to implement the solution; and B. Authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute the subject purchase and professional services agreement and execute it on the City’s behalf; and C. Approve the funding request of $625,701 from Information Systems Fund Balance to Information Technologies account computer equipment.
