Code Amendment (CA) 24-007; Introduction of an Ordinance Amending Section 9-3.501.1 (Accessory Dwelling Units) of Title 9 of the City’s Municipal Code to Make the City’s Regulations that Govern Accessory Dwelling Units Consistent with State Regulations; and, a Finding that Said Action is Statutorily Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to Section 21080.17 of the Public Resources Code (420.25)
