5. Agreement for Professional Services with Van Lant & Fankhanel, LLP for Auditing Services Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Professional Services with Van Lant & Fankhanel, LLP for auditing services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the Agreement on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached hereto, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
