E. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS AND APPROVING DISPOSITION OF RETIRED FLEET EQUIPMENT & VEHICLES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No 25-37, which will: 1. Declare the vehicles and equipment listed on Attachment No.1, to the Administrative Report dated April 1, 2025, as surplus. 2. Authorize the disposition of surplus property using JJ Kane dba Ken Porter Auctions pursuant to Policy No. 201-2-4.
