A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION BY THE DEVELOPERS OF THE ROSEGATE PROJECT FOR TAX-EXEMPT BOND FUNDING OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES VIA THE CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY’S BOND OPPORTUNITIES FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-29 in support of an application by the developer of the Rosegate Project for tax-exempt bond funding of development impact fees.
