10. HERITAGE PARK MONUMENT IN COORDINATION WITH THE DANA POINT 5TH MARINE REGIMENT SUPPORT GROUP RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to sign the Memorandum of Understanding and authorize non- substantive changes if needed; and 2) Approve a new Capital Improvement Project entitled “Heritage Park Monument Project”; and 3) Authorize amount per the fiscal impact section for the Heritage Park Monument Project.
