11.\nAmendment No. 4 to the General Services Provider Standard Agreement with\nRobert Half International, Inc. for Temporary Staffing, Direct-Hire, and other\nEmployer Services, Project ESC23-069\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the General Services Provider Agreement\nwith Robert Half International, Inc. (Robert Half), increasing the total\ncompensation by $295,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $703,000.00, to\ncontinue providing temporary staffing, direct-hire, and other professional\nservices; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents related to this\ntransaction.
