E. APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN KALISKI ARCHITECTS (JKA) TO PREPARE OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE R-3 (HIGH-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL), MU-L AND MU-M (MIXED-USE LOW & MEDIUM), AND MU-B, MU-C, AND NT (CROSSROADS SPECIFIC PLAN) ZONES The City Council is requested to approve a consultant services agreement to prepare the City's objective design standards. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with JKA (Attachment “A”) to prepare the objective design standards; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Consultant Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $150,000, with an additional contingency amount of $15,000, subject to prior written approval by the City Manager for a total contract amount of $165,000.
