H. APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH RED 88 MEDIA FOR CITY VIDEO PRODUCTION, RECORDING, EDITING AND SUPPORT SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve an agreement for services for city video production, recording, and editing and support services. Recommendation: 1. Approve the an Agreement for Services with Red 88 Media to video record City Council meetings for live and delayed broadcast to the community; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement.
