APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENTS FOR THE CITRACADO PARKWAY EXTENSION PROJECT Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-44 authorizing Amendment 9 to the consultant contract with Perennial Environmental I, LLC., in the amount of $260,190.84, and Resolution No. 2025- 45 authorizing Amendment 8 to the consultant contract with TY Lin International in the amount of $98,220 for the Citracado Parkway Extension Project (“Project”).
