18. Approval of Election cost payment to Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder for FY 24-25. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Election cost payment to Los Angeles County Registrar- Recorder for FY 2024-25 and encumber funds in the amount of $135,941.56
