20. ADOPT RESOLUTION 25-31 APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 ANNUAL NATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP STATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND SETTING A DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-31 (Attachment A) approving the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm Water Pump Station Assessment District No. 2005-2, setting a date for the Public Hearing for the regular meeting scheduled on June 25, 2025, at 6:00 pm; and, 2. Review the draft engineer’s report and comment prior to acceptance; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
