15. AUTHORIZE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE 2025 AIR QUALITY MANGEMENT DISTRICT (AQMD) CARL MOYER MEMORIAL AIR QUALITY STANDARDS ATTAINMENT GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize submission of a grant application to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) Carl Moyer Program for the replacement of fire department apparatus as determined appropriate by the Fire Department during the application process; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
