Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution 1) accepting $52,500 in grant funds from the California for All Animals to\nprovide public spay/neuter services and preventative vaccinations to the community; and 2)\naccepting a $100,000 donation from the Ethel Chrisholm Keyes Trust and appropriating funds\nfor these purposes.
