(2)\nBPW­2024­0155\nCD 13\nTREE REMOVAL – 5420 THROUGH 5450 WEST SUNSET BOULEVARD\nRecommending the Board:\n1. FIND under the California Public Resources Code, section 21166 and the\nState’s Environmental Quality Act Guidelines section 15162, on the basis of\nsubstantial evidence contained in the whole record, that since the City’s prior\ncertification of Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. ENV­2017­1084­EIR,\nthere have been no changes to the project, changes with respect to the\ncircumstances under which the project is being undertaken, or new\ninformation of substantial importance concerning the project, which cause\nnew significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity\nof previously identified significant effects, and therefore no subsequent EIR,\nsupplemental EIR, or other analysis is required for the project;\n2. SPECIFY that the Bureau of Street Services, Urban Forestry Division,\nlocated at 1149 South Broadway, is custodian of the documents or other\nmaterial that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Board’s\ndecision is based; and\n3. REVIEW and approve this tree removal permit request for the removal of\nfour trees for the construction of a mixed­use development in relation to\nPlanning Case No. ZA­2017­1083­MCUPSPP­SPR­1A. Tree replacements\nnew significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity\nof previously identified significant effects, and therefore no subsequent EIR,\nsupplemental EIR, or other analysis is required for the project;\n2. SPECIFY that the Bureau of Street Services, Urban Forestry Division,\nlocated at 1149 South Broadway, is custodian of the documents or other\nmaterial that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Board’s\ndecision is based; and\n3.
