17. Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and Sharp Performance, Inc., for professional coaching services. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Sharp Performance, Inc. for professional coaching services in the amount of $224,996.25, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and make minor amendments thereto.
