F. Consideration to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP. (Jun) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, amending the hourly rates for legal services effective July 1, 2025, with annual adjustments based on the CPI-U for the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim by the annual CPI-U or four percent (4%), whichever is less, for the preceding twelve month period measured March to March; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
