G. Accepting Grant Funds and Authorizing Execution of Agreement with\nthe County of Orange for the San Gabriel River Trash Mitigation Initiative\nand Approving Budget Amendment BA #24-09-01 - That the City Council\nadopt Resolution 7499: 1. Accepting an award of grant funds in the amount of\n$525,000 from the County of Orange for the San Gabriel River Trash\nMitigation Initiative; and, 2. Approving Budget Amendment BA #24-09-01\nrecognizing $525,000 to account 217-500-0375-42400, and appropriating\n$525,000 to account 217-500-0375-51280; and, 3. Authorizing the City\nManager or her designee to execute the Agreement with the County of\nOrange, amendments and other related documents, and to utilize the funds\nfor and take such other actions associated with the implementation of the San\nGabriel River Trash Mitigation Initiative and other applicable beach clean-up\nefforts.
