I. Awarding and Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with\nSilsby Strategic Advisors, Inc. for the San Gabriel River Trash Mitigation\nInitiative - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7501: 1. Approving and\nawarding a Professional Services Agreement with Silsby Strategic Advisors,\nInc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $144,000 to provide strategic support\nservices for the San Gabriel River Trash Mitigation Initiative; and,\n2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute the Professional\nServices Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager to approve\nadditional work requests up to $15,000 in connection with the San Gabriel\nRiver Trash Mitigation Initiative.
