Landscape Maintenance District No. 22 and Landscape Lighting Act Districts Nos. 22,4, 27, and 32 Assessment Proceedings for FY 2025/26 Recommendation: Open the public hearing with respect to the increased assessments and levy of assessments in connection with Landscape Lighting Act District Nos. 22, 24, & 27, & 32. After City Council has considered all oral and written testimony and protests for the proposed assessments for Fiscal Year 2025-26, continue the public hearing to a date certain of June 25, 2025, at which time the ballots will be tabulated and certified.
