11. APPROVE AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY The Southern California Gas Company has been deploying advanced metering technology throughout their service area. On February 7, 2023, the City Council approved an Attachment Agreement which allowed installation of one metering device on a City-owned street light pole. The Southern California Gas Company is requesting four additional locations be included in the agreement. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the amendment to the Attachment Agreement with the Southern California Gas Company. Agenda Report
