RESOLUTION NO. 2025-034 ACCEPTING 2024 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT (SHSG) ALLOCATION OF $10,640 IN THE FORM OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE I.B. REFIRE-RESCUE DEPARTMENT TO REACTIVATE ITS COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (CERT) PROGRAM. (0390-86 & 0800-30) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-034 accepting the State Homeland Security Grant allocation of $10,640 in the form of reimbursement for the Imperial Beach Fire-Rescue Department to reactivate its CERT program.
