7.2. Public Works Director/City Engineer\n7.2.1 Approval of Tract Map No. 19265 and the Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement with MGP Fund X Laguna Hills, LLC, for\nthe Village at Laguna Hills Project\nRecommendation: That the City Council: (1) Approve Final Tract Map No.\n19265, a portion of Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTTM) No. 19123, for the\nproperty located at 24155 Laguna Hills Mall, subject to minor revisions as\nmay be required by the City Engineer and City Attorney; (2) Approve the\nSubdivision Improvement Agreement between the City of Laguna Hills and\nMGP Fund X Laguna Hills, LLC, subject to submittal of the required Security\nInstruments in a form satisfactory to the Public Works Director and City\nAttorney; and (3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement on behalf of the City.
