TAB7 23-148 Request the City Council to: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 8048 authorizing\nan application for CalHome Program Funds; authorizing the City\nManager, or designee, to enter into, execute, and deliver all other\ndocuments required or deemed necessary or appropriate to evidence\nand secure the CalHome grant funds; and authorizing Avant-Garde, Inc. to\nact as the City’s Administrative Subcontractor; and (2) Consider and\namend a Professional Services Agreement with Avant-Garde, Inc. to\ninclude additional scope of services, extend the term of the agreement,\nand include additional compensation to administer the CalHome\nProgram.\n(ACTION)
