FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE CERRITOS AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Accept project as complete and approve final\npayment to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of $46,075; 2)\nAuthorize the Public Works Department to file a Notice of Completion; and,\n3) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $33,683.50 from the La Palma\nTurn Lane Extension CIP account (21-3914-599700).
