ADOPT AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT;\nADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING VARIANCE AND SITE PLAN REVIEW; AND,\nAPPROVE THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR A NEW HOTEL\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT 7860 BEACH BOULEVARD\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt an Ordinance approving Development\nAgreement (DA-23-1) and Resolutions approving Variance (V-23-2) and Site\nPlan Review (SP-24-3) for the development of a six-story, 140-room hotel\ndevelopment at 7860 Beach Boulevard; and 2) Approve the Purchase and\nSale Agreement (PSA) between the City of Buena Park and KB Acquisitions,\nLLC, for the sale of City-owned property located at 7860 Beach Boulevard;\n3) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary,\nnon-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 4) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
