3.7 PHASE 1 CULTURAL TERRACE PROJECT UPDATE\nAND PARTNER AGREEMENT\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a\nPredevelopment Agreement and, upon successful\ncompletion of Predevelopment Agreement, execute a\nGround Lease between the City of Irvine and Pretend\nCity Childrens' Museum of Orange County.\n2) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a\nPredevelopment Agreement and, upon successful\ncompletion of Predevelopment Agreement, execute a\nGround Lease between the City of Irvine and Orange\nCounty Music and Dance.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City\nCouncil, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior\naction of each Councilmember when he or she sat and\nvoted as a member of the Board of Directors of the\nGreat Park Corporation.
