6.2 APPROVAL TO ENTER PURCHASE AND SALE\nAGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 17101\nARMSTRONG\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute\nthe proposed purchase and sale agreement (PSA) for\n17101 Armstrong upon satisfactory completion of all\ndue diligence processes.\n2) Approve a budget adjustment of $13,500,000 for\npurchase of 17101 Armstrong and $3,000,000 for\nrequisite design and tenant improvements for office\nspace realignments associated with acquisition of the\nArmstrong office complex.\n6.2
