AUTHORITY TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE FAMILY RESOURCE\nCENTER RENOVATION (PHASE II) PROJECT\nThe plans and specifications for the Family Resource Center Renovation (Phase II)\nProject are complete. The City Engineer is recommending City Council approve the\nspecifications and plans for bidding, subject to revision by the City Engineer and the City\nAttorney, to ensure the construction contract is awarded in an efficient and timely manner.\nThe Project plans and specifications are available in the City Engineer’s Office for review.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (“CEQA”), Class 2, Section 15302 as replacement of existing structures and\nfacilities; and\n2. Approve the bid specifications and plans, subject to revisions required by the City\nEngineer and the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize and advertise for bids the Family Resource Center Renovation (Phase II)\nProject.\nMarch 26, 2024
