Community Development — Approve Final Parcel Map No. 83607, Accept\nAdditional Street Easements, Abandon Two Public Utility and Planting\nEasements, and Determine that Approval of Final Parcel Map No. 83607\nis Categorically Exempt from California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the CEQA Guidelines.\nExpenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council:\n1) Approve Final Parcel Map No. 83607; and\n2) Accept additional street and highway easements at the following locations:\na. along the west side of Western Avenue\nb. atthe southwest corner of 190th Street and Western Avenue\nc. atthe southeast corner of 190th Street and Gramercy Place\nd. atvarious locations along the east side of Gramercy Place; and\n3) Abandon two unneeded Public Utility and Planting easements along the north side of\n195th Street; and\n4) Determine that approval of Final Parcel Map No. 83607 is categorically exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the\nCEQA Guidelines.
