15. Award of Contract for Resurfacing of Runway 7-25 and Resurfacing of Taxiways and Trench Drain Extension for Hawthorne Municipal Airport (Project # 25-06). RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council award contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, American Road Maintenance of Tuscon, AZ conditional on receiving concurrence from the FAA to award the project and on receiving an FAA grant to fund the project.
