22. CONSIDER AWARDING A PURCHASE ORDER TO WINNER CHEVROLET INC, COLFAX CA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF EIGHT NEW 2025 CHEVROLET EQUINOX (ELECTRIC VEHICLES) MID-SIZE SUVS FOR MULTIPLE DEPARTMENT USE. (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD and APPROVE the Purchase Order with Winner Chevrolet Inc. for the purchase of eight (8) 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV SUVs for $246,459.20.
