M.1. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT FEEDBACK ON PUBLIC SERVICE GRANT RECOMMENDATIONS AND TO ADOPT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FY 2025-26 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN PROCEDURES: 1. Reconvene the Public Hearing and Take Testimony; 2. Close the Public Hearing; and 3. Consider public service grant recommendations; and 4. Adopt the FY 2025-26 Annual Action Plan.
