9.I. Award of Professional Services Agreement to BOA Architecture for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for City Hall Council Chamber and Restroom remodeling It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with Black, O’Dowd & Associates, Inc. dba BOA Architecture (“BOA Architecture”), for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for City Hall Council Chamber and Restroom remodeling in an amount not to exceed $139,300; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
