10.A. Consideration and Possible Action to adopt an ordinance establishing Refuse Franchise Fee Rates It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Opening the public hearing; 2. Receiving all written and verbal testimony regarding the proposed refuse franchise fee rates; 3. Determining whether there is a majority protest against the proposed rates; 4. If no majority protest exists, that the City Council introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. _____ - Setting the Refuse Franchise Fee Rates (Attachment 1); and 5. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
