Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive and appropriate grant funds for the California State Parks Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive and appropriate funds for the LWCF Grant for proposed improvements to the Barnes Park Pool as a 50% match if grant funds are received 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
