H. Consider amendments to the Neighborhood Public Safety Reimbursement Program guidelines. (Schmid) Recommendation: Approve the proposed amendments to the Neighborhood Public Safety Reimbursement Program guidelines thereby increasing the annual reimbursement amount for neighborhood security camera maintenance fees from $2,000 to $2,500, effective July 1, 2025.
