8. CONTINUING THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE ESCONDIDO TRUNK SEWER MAIN Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-102: (1) declaring that pursuant to the terms of Section 22050 of the California Public Contract Code, the City Council finds there is a need to continue the emergency repair of the Escondido Trunk Sewer Main; (2) authorizing Change Order No. 01 to the Public Improvement Agreement with CCL Contracting, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $1,397,320.60; and (3) approving a budget adjustment in the amount of $1,397,320.60, from the Unallocated Reserves to the Wastewater Capital Improvement Project (“CIP”) budget for Trunk Main/Norlak-HARRF.
