3. Approve Notice of Completion for the Reyes Adobe Road High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk Project; NIB 2304 RECOMMENDATION : 1. Approve, and accept as complete, the work of DBX, Inc., for the Reyes Adobe Road High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk Project; NIB 23-04; and 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to sign the Notice of Completion for the project, and authorize the City Clerk to forward the Notice of Completion to the County Recorder for recordation.
