D. Consideration to designate voting delegate alternates for the upcoming Cal Cities Annual Business Meeting. (Takaoka) Recommendation: Designate Mayor Bradley as the voting delegate; Mayor Pro Tem Seo as the voting alternate; and Councilman Perestam as the first voting alternate for the Cal Cities Annual Business Meeting scheduled for October 10, 2025.
