4) REPORT REGARDING EMERGENCY REPAIRS AT WEST COVINA SPORTSPLEX PAVILION DUE TO DAMAGE SUSTAINED DURING JANUARY 7, 2025 WIND EVENT Staff recommends that the City Council receive and file this staff report regarding the emergency repair work completed by XFS Global at the West Covina Sportsplex Pavilion due to damages caused by the January 7, 2025 wind event.
