37. CONSIDER APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, DOMINGUEZ HILLS, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TRANSIT CENTER (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Memorandum of Understanding between the City and CSUDH (Exhibit No. 2); and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Memorandum of Understanding between the City and CSUDH, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
