CONSIDER A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH "WE THE CREATIVE" FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MARKETING PLAN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $121,480 (CITY COUNCIL). RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE A Contractual Services Agreement with "We the Creative" for the development and implementation of an Economic Development Marketing Plan, in an amount not to exceed $121,480, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
