Amendment No. 3 to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Metro) Funding Agreement for the Mulholland Highway Gap Closure Project Recommendation: Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Funding Agreement between the City of Calabasas and Metro, increasing the funding amount for the Mulholland Highway Gap Closure – Old Topanga Canyon Road to City Limits Project to provide funding for the next phase of work.
