7. Second Amendment to Site Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless (AT&T) at Snow Creek Park Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (“Tenant”). 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement on behalf of the City Council, in substantially the form attached hereto, and in such final form as may be approved by the City Attorney.
