7. AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR MONTIEL ROAD RESURFACING Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-117 (1) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the County of San Diego (“County”) for the resurfacing of Montiel Road (“Project”); (2) acknowledging the County as the lead agency for the Project; and (3) authorizing the Director of Finance to allocate and expend funds from the Pavement Rehabilitation Fiscal Year 2026 Project.
