CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT FOR PROJECT NO.1515 - CARSON STORMWATER CAPTURE FACILITY AT CARRIAGE CREST PARK EXTENDING THE CONTRACT THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to the Operation and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Carson and the Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 2 extending the term of the contract through September 30, 2026, for Project No.1515 – Carson Storm-water Capture Facility at Carriage Crest Park. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
