11. Introduction of Ordinance No. 2025-415, Repealing Title 17, Chapter 17.34 (Green Development Standards) of the Calabasas Municipal Code Recommendation: Introduce Ordinance No. 2025-415, repealing Chapter 17.34 of the Calabasas Municipal Code, thereby eliminating the requirement that all new non-residential development over 500 sq. ft. meet the equivalent of a certified or silver rating using the United States Green Building Council’s LEED Version 2 rating system.
