3. That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-51. Ordinance No. 25-05 - Prohibiting Parking, Standing, and Stopping on Alley Ways Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 25-05, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut amending the Walnut Municipal Code to Add Section 3.32.065 pertaining to parking, standing, and stopping restrictions on alley ways in the City of Walnut.”
