11.A. Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) No. 1 2025 Annual Report and 2026 Proposed Budget It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Receiving and filing the 2025 Annual Report with the City Clerk; 2. Approving the proposed Business Improvement District assessment and budget for the 2026 program year; and 3. Taking such additional related action that may be desirable.
